Employee Engagement Data Analyst (Short-term-contract)

Role Overview

The Employee Engagement Data Analyst owns the data preparation behind World Vision’s annual Our Voice employee engagement survey. The role partners with HR colleagues across the globe and with the external survey vendor (Perceptyx) to ensure every eligible employee is included, every record is accurate, and the data foundation supports reliable, trustworthy results.

What You Will Do

Data cleaning, merging, reconciliation, submission, data collection, serving as a data point of contact during the live survey period, processing post-survey demographic corrections, and resolving ad-hoc data issues.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The successful applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data, or related field, advanced Excel skills, and experience working with large datasets. They will be comfortable working independently and have a strong ability to read and interpret structured HR or employee data.
