We are looking for an Account Manager to develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers, representing a portfolio of 800 to 1000 accounts, generating a global revenue of 1 million Euros.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree +5 from a business school or university
- First experience (Alternance and/or CDI) on an identical position, ideally in a SaaS environment, long and complex sales
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to anticipate client needs
- Creativity and ability to propose innovative solutions to retain clients
- Mastery of the Salesforce tool
- Strong autonomy
- Good mastery of English
