Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers, representing a portfolio of 800 to 1000 accounts, generating a global revenue of 1 million Euros.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree +5 from a business school or university
  • First experience (Alternance and/or CDI) on an identical position, ideally in a SaaS environment, long and complex sales
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams
  • Customer-oriented approach and ability to anticipate client needs
  • Creativity and ability to propose innovative solutions to retain clients
  • Mastery of the Salesforce tool
  • Strong autonomy
  • Good mastery of English
