Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager – Pursuit & Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Americas plays a critical role in accelerating strategic pursuits and improving opportunity conversion across priority accounts in the Americas. Working closely with Sales, Pursuit Leads, Account Development and Marketing teams, you will design and deliver high-impact pursuit marketing and ABM programs that influence customer decisions, strengthen Worley’s brand presence, and improve win rates.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include developing and executing pursuit-specific marketing plans, leading pursuit strategy workshops, integrating events and digital activations, and delivering personalized content experiences.

Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in marketing with strong exposure to pursuit support, capture marketing, ABM, B2B campaign development or bid/pitch strategy
- Proven ability to distil technical or complex information into clear, compelling value propositions and differentiated narratives
- Highly collaborative with demonstrated success partnering with Sales, Pursuit Leads, technical SMEs, and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills across written, visual and verbal channels
- Strong workshop facilitation skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams during high-pressure pursuits
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work with global teams across time zones
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
