WPP is hiring a Growth Consultant to work with Senior Directors and sales teams to understand client businesses, identify growth drivers and barriers, and advocate for WPP’s modern marketing approach. The position offers a significant opportunity to contribute to the modernization of client marketing through AI and gaining valuable exposure across diverse disciplines.

Requirements

• Analytical mindset
• Interest and foundational understanding of product growth methodologies
• Familiarity with Ad Tech, MarTech, and the application of AI in marketing
• Understanding of Advertising / Marketing / Media data
• Communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional, and multi-location team environment
