Wrapbook is a smart platform that makes production payroll and accounting easier. The company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join their team and help improve their go-to-market motion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a technical GTM role
- Hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce in a production environment
- Experience using enrichment platforms (experience with Clay strongly preferred)
- Strong execution discipline with a track record of building campaigns accurately and at scale
- Comfort working deeply with data, including segmentation logic, attribution dependencies, and system integrations
- A systems-first mindset – you think in workflows, edge cases, and failure modes
- Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and adapt existing approaches to solve new problems
