Wrike is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to partner with customers throughout their journey to maximize the value of their investment in Wrike. The successful candidate will focus on helping customers unlock their teams’ potential and raise productivity and collaboration through Wrike.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer success/services
- Experience working with marketing teams, IT teams, PMO teams
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients, including executives
- Knowledgeable in project management, business process redesign, and change management
