Requirements

• Proven track record as an HRBP in a high-growth tech environment
• Experience in role mapping, leveling, and building competency-based Skills Matrices
• Ability to sit in on difficult conversations and provide immediate, actionable feedback to leadership
• Expert-level understanding of local labor laws, employee relations, and performance management frameworks
