Requirements
- 3+ years of dedicated sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent
- Deep expertise with modern sourcing tools and ATS platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong consultative skills to partner with and advise hiring managers and GTM leadership
