Data Analyst

Willis Towers Watson is a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company seeking a Data Analyst to join their Central Operations Team. The team provides vital support across the organization, acting as the backbone for consistent, efficient, and compliant operations.

Requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and understand data-related requirements
• Analyse business processes and data workflows to ensure accurate and complete requirement capture
• Identify gaps in data available and suggest/build solutions to connect data and bridge the gaps
• Excellent communication and prompt engineering skills
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for developers
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI
• Conduct data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide feedback to development teams
• Assist in documentation activities
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines
• Design, test, and optimize prompts for various applications to improve data retrieval and user interaction
• Create and deliver clear and concise presentations of data findings to stakeholders
• Stay current with Power BI updates, Artificial intelligence, new features, and best practices
