Role Overview
As Head of Sales for WTW Costa Rica, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of the customer attraction culture, creating sales initiatives and incentives, and articulating commercial strategies by industry to ensure the achievement of established growth and income targets.
What You Will Do
You will promote the adoption and application of regional best practices, articulate positioning strategies in key industries, and lead the creation and management of the pipeline.

Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales strategies and tactics
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate the necessary team to achieve effective sales
- Ability to analyze trends, specific cost and long-term needs, traditional and non-traditional sales channels, and competitors
- Experience in managing sales teams and pipelines
- Ability to define and operate commercial governance of the country
