Key Account Executive, US Wealth: build, manage and expand WTW Investments’ most important US Wealth relationships, driving sustainable, long-term growth through strategic partnerships, wallet share expansion, and mobilizing WTW’s full investment capabilities.
Requirements
- Lead and manage a defined portfolio of priority US Wealth key accounts
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for top 20 financial advisors across partner wealth management platforms
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments to build and sustain senior-level relationships
- Provide strategic advice and support to key contacts on priority business initiatives
- Drive revenue growth through expansion of existing relationships
- Design and execute strategies to drive growth within strategic partner relationships
- Partner closely with Sales Directors to originate and close new opportunities
- Coordinate complex, multi-solution pursuits
- Act as the internal “quarterback” for assigned key accounts
- Provide structured market and client feedback to inform US Wealth strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the US wealth management industry
