Key Account Executive, US Wealth: build, manage and expand WTW Investments’ most important US Wealth relationships, driving sustainable, long-term growth through strategic partnerships, wallet share expansion, and mobilizing WTW’s full investment capabilities.

Requirements

  • Lead and manage a defined portfolio of priority US Wealth key accounts
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for top 20 financial advisors across partner wealth management platforms
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments to build and sustain senior-level relationships
  • Provide strategic advice and support to key contacts on priority business initiatives
  • Drive revenue growth through expansion of existing relationships
  • Design and execute strategies to drive growth within strategic partner relationships
  • Partner closely with Sales Directors to originate and close new opportunities
  • Coordinate complex, multi-solution pursuits
  • Act as the internal “quarterback” for assigned key accounts
  • Provide structured market and client feedback to inform US Wealth strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the US wealth management industry
