We are an internal expert team responsible for implementing and developing sales support measures for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As Sales Operations and Key Account Management Support with a focus on risk and insurance management (Willis), you are part of a cross-business and cross-segment network at national and international level and a competent contact person and supporter for our stakeholders – customer managers (Lead Relationship Manager / LRM), senior sales colleagues from the segments and businesses, as well as the Heads of Sales, Business and Segment – and contribute significantly to our profitable and efficient revenue growth.
Lead Relationship Manager (LRM) Support
- Organization, accompaniment and documentation of annual (key) account planning processes involving the responsible customer teams
- Monitoring and measurement of success of customer and sales activities planned for the business year in collaboration with the responsible customer teams
- Support of LRMs in identifying and developing sales opportunities and opportunities to deepen customer relationships (e.g. using social business networks / sales and AI tools)
- Coordination of administrative processes related to WTW’s CRM system and collaboration within the international WTW network
- Research and provision of financial information, company and industry analyses on the customer
- Coordination in the creation of sales presentations in collaboration with business area representatives responsible for content
Sales Operations Support
- Support in the implementation of local sales initiatives and training (general project coordination, preparation of materials, etc.)
- Support in the creation of customer-specific sales and quote documents, questionnaires, etc.
- Coordination of preparations and follow-ups of the annual customer satisfaction survey
- Support of the Sales Operations team in administrative processes such as data maintenance in WTW’s CRM system, maintenance of the intranet page, etc.
- Planning, implementation and success monitoring of sales campaigns to increase market presence and revenue development
- Analysis of sales data to derive sound insights and creation, interpretation and presentation of relevant reports to support strategic decisions
Qualifications
What do you bring?
- You already have sound experience in the areas of (key) account management and / or sales operations / controlling
- You are able to coordinate processes effectively, work in an organized manner and apply these skills successfully in various scenarios
- Ideally you bring experience from the insurance industry
- You enjoy structuring, preparing and communicating information
- Your excellent communication skills enable you to build an internal network, manage stakeholders and coordinate a team of different technical experts
- You have an affinity for research and analysis activities, have analytical thinking skills and enjoy working with data in a financial and sales context
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office products (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Teams) and know how to use them creatively and purposefully
- You communicate confidently in English and look forward to performing part of your work in this language
- You are enthusiastic about the idea of developing ideas in an international consulting firm, making them market-ready and convincing your contacts of them
- You have a high degree of teamwork, communication skills, high quality awareness as well as above-average commitment and resilience
