General Manager – Wholesale & Brand Growth

GrifGrips is seeking a General Manager to help lead the business through its next phase of growth, overseeing day-to-day execution, managing outside partners, and driving growth outside of ecommerce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in general management, operations, partnerships, wholesale, retail account management, project management, or related leadership roles
  • Strong experience managing projects, people, and outside partners
  • Proven ability to organize competing priorities and drive execution across multiple workstreams
  • Excellent communication, follow-through, and organizational skills
  • Experience in wholesale, retail account management, business development, or partnerships is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with EDI, supply chain coordination, and retail operations is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
