Xello is seeking a Customer Success Operations Manager to design and implement scalable processes, drive operational excellence, streamline access to client data, and build partnerships across teams. The role focuses on enabling the Success Team to effectively serve customers and support lifecycle messaging and initiatives. Xello is a leading developer of future readiness programs globally.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role supporting post-sales operations
  • Demonstrated expertise with reporting and data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop dashboards, track critical metrics, and extract actionable insights from complex data sets
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to identify process bottlenecks and design scalable solutions
