Xenon7 is a Consulting company focused on helping companies understand Data, AI, and ML space and implement solutions and strategies based on these technologies in the best possible way while also applying AI ethics and Infosec Regulations and Principles.  We bring in rich experience in various industries and technology capabilities including Healthcare and Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail, CPG, Media, and others.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This role will focus on supporting our marketing initiatives, optimizing campaign execution, and driving sales enablement efforts.

Responsibilities

  1.  Sales Enablement & Collateral Development
    • Develop sales presentations and decks for client meetings.
    • Collaborate with designers to create custom visuals, infographics, and use cases.
    • Contribute to white papers, industry reports, and blog articles that support sales efforts.
    • Ensure sales teams have the latest marketing materials, including case studies and product information.
  2.  Social Media & Content Distribution
    • Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, blogs, and other platforms.
    • Repurpose content for distribution on various social media platforms.
    • Coordinate with designers and content writers to ensure timely delivery of content.
    • Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and relevant content output.
    • Engage in industry discussions on LinkedIn and monitor brand mentions.
  3.  Campaign Execution & Management
    • Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and Google (Search, GDN, & YouTube).
    • Coordinate paid media efforts, including ad placements and budget tracking.
    • Track and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility and drive traffic.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  4.  Reporting & Analytics
    • Track key marketing KPIs and generate weekly and monthly reports.
    • Analyze marketing data to optimize campaigns and improve outreach efforts.
    • Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on performance metrics.
  5.  Marketing Tech Stack, CRM & Lead Management
    • Oversee marketing tools and automation systems, ensuring smooth integration with platforms such as Zapier, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and others.
    • Research and implement new marketing tools to optimize efforts.
    • Develop and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing and follow-up.
    • Organize and manage contact lists for outreach and engagement.
    • Monitor conversion rates from marketing activities and recommend improvements.
  6.  Outreach Support (Events, Podcasts & Email Marketing)
    • Research and identify relevant industry podcasts for guest appearances by the CEO.
    • Handle outreach to podcast hosts and event organizers to secure speaking opportunities.
    • Coordinate pre-event promotion and post-event follow-ups.
    • Set up and manage email campaigns for thought leadership and lead nurturing, optimizing sequences for maximum engagement.
    • Track email metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and adjust strategies for improved performance.
  7.  Business Development Tasks & Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Provide insights on market positioning and differentiation opportunities.
    • Identify new marketing opportunities and emerging platforms.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, leadership) to align marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
    • Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
    • Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, campaign management, and sales enablement.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with content management and distribution across multiple platforms.
