Job Responsibilities
- Support Market Strategy Planning: Assist in developing GTM strategies and plans for AIOT products based on market research and competitive analysis.
- Identify target customer segments, key selling points, and market entry strategies.
- Support Product Launch Execution: Coordinate new product launch activities, including timeline planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Create and implement marketing materials (e.g., advertisements, sales toolkits).
- Assist with Data Analysis and Feedback: Collect and analyze market data, sales data, and customer feedback to optimize GTM strategies.
- Monitor market trends and promptly adjust marketing plans as needed.
- Other Assigned Tasks: Complete tasks assigned by the mentor or supervisor as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in market analysis tools and data management methods.
- Quick thinker with strong learning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, strong resilience, and the capability to handle a multi-tasking work environment.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese as working languages.
- Enthusiastic about joining Xiaomi as a full-time employee after graduation.
