Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full lifecycle management of vehicle models, leading cross-functional project teams spanning marketing, retail, delivery, and other lines to achieve closed-loop management of goal setting, strategy planning, and execution tracking.
- Possess the ability to quickly learn and stay attuned to the intelligent electric vehicle industry. Familiar with automotive marketing and sales, capable of identifying risks and opportunities through data analysis and competitor tracking, and formulating short-term and mid-to-long-term strategies. Develop launch plans for vehicle models.
- Full lifecycle management of products: Develop and execute strategies for launch, in-market, and end-of-life (EOL) phases to ensure the commercial success of the product line throughout its lifecycle.
- Project management: Manage project resources, effectively facilitate cross-team collaboration at the corporate level, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects, including communication materials, product experience, vehicle resources, budget, etc. Optimize overall processes to ensure efficient coordination among teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing-related roles, new product launch, product operation, and Go-To-Market project management. Strong understanding of the industry, brand, channels, competitive landscape, and user characteristics.
- Hands-on experience with the IPMS process, proficient in product lifecycle management and the 4P marketing theory.
- Strong interest in the intelligent electric vehicle industry, with the ability to acquire and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and user insights.
- Strong data analysis and processing skills, logical thinking, and systematic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven with strong resilience.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in consumer electronics or automotive product launches, marketing, retail operations, or related fields.
