We’re looking for a GTM Engineer. In this role, you’ll own and operate our entire top-of-funnel engine: identifying target accounts, researching decision-makers, building outbound sequences, launching campaigns, and continuously improving them through data-driven insights.

Your work will directly shape how we attract prospects, scale partnerships, expand into new markets, and drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Own

  • Curate detailed target account lists using tools like Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other enrichment platforms.
  • Identify high-intent buying triggers such as funding events, leadership changes, or market expansions.
  • Architect outbound engines using tools such as Apollo, Clay, Zapier, HubSpot/Salesforce, and custom scripts.
  • Implement enrichment, deduplication, scoring, and routing processes to ensure a high-quality pipeline.
  • Build and run multi-touch outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn using tools like SmartLead, Instantly, etc.
  • Analyze campaign performance and share insights to refine targeting & messaging.
  • Build dashboards and reports for visibility across GTM, leadership, and growth teams.

Requirements

  • Strong command of GTM and automation tools (Clay, Instantly.io / Lemlist / Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Deep analytical capability with hands-on proficiency in Excel and Power BI, leveraging experimentation methodologies and A/B testing to drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of executing independently with strong ownership.
  • Prior experience in a GTM, growth, sales operations, or outbound-focused role where you owned or contributed to top-of-funnel execution is preferred but not mandatory.

Why This Role Is Exciting

  • You’ll architect and run the top-of-funnel growth engine end to end.
  • High autonomy and ownership – your decisions directly influence revenue.
  • Work with modern GTM tools, automation, and data systems.
  • A fast-moving environment where experimentation and iteration are encouraged.
