Job Description
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Coordinator to support our Sales and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will help design, track, and manage sales activities, coordinate training programs, and ensure smooth execution of business processes. This role is critical in improving sales efficiency, operational excellence, and internal collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track all sales and revenue operations activities, reports, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate and organize training sessions, team meetings, and reward recognition programs.
- Support creation of executive reports, dashboards, and client proposals.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams to meet project deadlines.
- Process and analyze sales data for forecasting and performance insights.
- Maintain department documentation, reports, and program updates.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback and operational data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work from office (Hyderabad, Madhapur) from 6 PM to 3 AM IST.
Additional Details
- Working Days: 5 days/week (Monday–Friday, on-site)
- Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST
- CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA + ₹500 allowance (over and above) + 5% variable pay (quarterly/annual)
