We’re looking for a Junior Finance Operations Associate who can accurately process client deposit and withdrawal requests, collaborate with internal and external teams, and maintain financial data in trading and accounting systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong time management skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- Process client deposit and withdrawal requests accurately and within defined Service Level Agreements
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to investigate and resolve transaction-related queries
- Maintain and update financial data in trading and accounting systems
- Monitor trading accounts for irregularities and inconsistencies in client fund movements
- Take ownership of daily tasks and contribute to a zero-error culture
- Support general financial operations, reporting, and ad-hoc requests in a time-sensitive environment
