We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to prospect and engage customers in an exclusive and protected sales territory, developing new business and retaining existing customers.
Requirements
- Prospect, develop and close new business with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Regularly travel to perform customer consultations to determine needs and solutions, and obtain detailed information for estimates and proposals
- Maintain involvement on turnkey projects, demonstrations and other related customer projects to meet deadlines and budgets
- Possess and maintain an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines presented by the company
- Utilize Salesforce.com (CRM) for all prospecting and customer activities
