Yepoda is a fast-growing beauty start-up based in Berlin that’s looking for a Key Account Manager to develop and manage their strategic partnership with Sephora EU.

Requirements

  • Experience in key account management within beauty, retail, or trade marketing
  • Direct experience working with Sephora is highly preferred
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in negotiation, assortment planning, and retail growth strategies
  • Experience in stock and sales planning with a solid understanding of retail performance drivers
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear actions
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to take full ownership and drive topics independently
  • Comfortable challenging external partners and pushing initiatives forward in a structured and professional way
