As a Technical Partner Manager at Yext, you will own end-to-end publisher integrations, lead technical discovery, and drive implementation. You will also define functional and technical requirements, partner with Engineering, and validate edge cases. Additionally, you will drive integration health, build monitoring, and continuously improve KPIs. You will also investigate complex production issues, leverage modern development tools, and propose code-level or architectural improvements.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent technical depth through experience)
- Strong systems thinking and ability to reason through APIs, data flows, and integration architectures
- Experience working with APIs and reading technical documentation
- Proficiency with SQL and data analysis (Snowflake or similar data warehouses)
- Experience writing scripts in Python (or similar language) to automate workflows or analyze data
- Strong technical debugging and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to write structured functional and technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
- High ownership mentality and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
