Senior Recruiter, GTM

YipitData is seeking an experienced, high-impact recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team, with a focus on GTM hiring. The role will support high-priority searches and focus deeply on scaling the go-to-market organization across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, including meaningful agency experience and demonstrated success hiring senior-level talent.
  • Led complex Director/VP searches and are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in-house at high-growth or startup environments is strongly preferred.
  • Proactive, consultative recruiter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of outcomes.
  • Comfortable pushing back on hiring managers, shaping search strategy, and operating independently.
  • Metrics-oriented and process-minded while maintaining strong relationship skills.
  • Knows how to balance speed with quality and operate with a high bar for candidate experience.
