Ylopo is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive successful retention, adoption, activation, and expansion of Ylopo’s Radar AI product-line. The role is responsible for owning the lifecycle of Radar AI product from onboarding through activation, optimization, and strategic growth alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing relationships in a Client Success, Account Management, or equivalent role
- Deep understanding of real-estate and seller pipeline strategy
- Ability to interpret AI-driven engagement data
- Strong client-facing communication
- Operational discipline with familiarity in managing and tracking tasks within a CRM platform
- Product curiosity and feedback translation ability
- Comfort managing high-volume subscription portfolios
- Experience working in a SaaS business environment or enterprise software highly preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce and FUB CRMs a plus
