Yoco is seeking an Account Management Team Lead to guide and develop the Account Management team in Gauteng, South Africa. The team lead will coach a group of talented Account Managers, enabling them to consistently deliver value to Yoco’s merchants through retention, satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing commercial role
- 2+ years of direct people management experience, with a track record of improving team performance across mixed experience levels & building capability across core AM disciplines
- Fintech, financial services, tech industry background is preferred
- Experience using data to drive accountability — including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance client value and business outcomes
