Yopeso is seeking a customer success and operations specialist to build strong relationships with customers and drive platform adoption. The role involves providing expert support, onboarding, troubleshooting, and acting as a trusted partner. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic individual with a strong background in operations and customer success.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in Customer Success, Operations, or Account-facing roles
  • Excellent English – both written and verbal
  • Experience working with analytics dashboards and interpreting insights
  • Self-starter with strong prioritization, planning, and follow-through skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building ability
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders with structure and accountability
  • Flexibility to occasionally work U.S.-aligned hours
