Yottaa is seeking a strategic, results-driven Partner Manager to join our team.  As the Partner Manager, you will play a crucial part in forging and nurturing strategic partnerships within the eCommerce ecosystem, driving growth, and fostering collaborative relationships to enhance the value of our business.

Your Role

  • Possess a strong understanding of eCommerce trends, challenges, and opportunities to effectively communicate with partners and align our offerings with market needs.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of strategic eCommerce partnership initiatives, including pipeline generation techniques, event management, relationship building, and managing cross-functional ecosystem among assigned partners.
  • Leverage your prior experience working in partnerships for an eCommerce platform, agency, or third-party technology provider to establish and strengthen relationships with eCommerce partner ecosystem.
  • Utilize your established network in the eCommerce space to identify and onboard new strategic partners, enabling us to expand our reach and capabilities.
  • Manage a portfolio of partners, understanding their strategic value to our company and how they impact our overall business strategy.
  • Develop and execute tailored partnership plans for each partner to maximize mutual success.
  • Think strategically and collaborate with partners to drive pipeline growth and strategic initiatives forward.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for co-marketing, co-selling, and joint product development.
  • Be willing and able to travel as needed, approximately 30%,to meet with partners, attend industry events, and represent the company in various partnership-related activities.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years of proven experience working in partnership management for an eCommerce platform, agency, or third-party technology provider
  • A demonstrated track record of establishing and maintaining successful partnerships within the eCommerce industry
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and building strong internal relationships
  • Strategic and analytical mindset and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • Results-oriented with a drive to attain partnership goals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
