We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to service our portfolio of Danish clients, providing daily communication, explaining financing offers, and answering customer questions. The role involves working with enterprise technology platforms and proprietary solutions. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Results-oriented with a strong sales mindset and customer focus
- Excellent communication skills – with the ability to communicate both via phone and email
- Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented – you are able to drive projects forward and remove obstacles
- Strong communication skills (fluent Danish and English)
- Have a good eye for detail and are comfortable working with numbers and data
- Basic knowledge of Excel or other data analysis tools (advanced skills are a plus, but not a requirement)
- Motivated to work towards goals and learn to exceed them
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work structured with daily deadlines
- A team player who wants to collaborate across teams and learn from more experienced colleagues
