Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to work hands-on with data and help us answer complex business questions. The role involves working closely with the CEO and leadership team, as well as Finance, Product, Tech, Growth, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience building dashboards and reports, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

What You Will Do

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for owning key BI work, improving data quality, and helping leadership make faster and better-informed decisions. This includes analyzing marketplace performance, growth and marketing analytics, product and monetization analytics, and operations and business analytics.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills
• Experience building dashboards, reports, analytical datasets, or recurring BI workflows

• Good analytical thinking and curiosity about the business question behind the data
