The role involves building strong, trusted relationships with assigned clients, collaborating with internal teams to develop creative and strategic solutions, and managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related client-facing role.
- Understanding of agency services and the ability to speak to branding, digital, and strategy concepts.
- Continually seek new and better ways to do things through technology and innovation, which includes but isn’t limited to AI.
- Familiarity with budgeting, project planning, and client communications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset — you take initiative and stay organized.
- Passion for client success, business strategy, and continuous improvement.
