Customer Experience Operations

At Zefir, we’re building an AI autopilot for home sales in Europe, and we’re looking for a Customer Experience Operations expert to help us accelerate life changes for millions of current and future European homeowners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience running operations in a fast-moving environment, ideally in a high-growth startup
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL, spreadsheets, and dashboards
• Ability to work across Product, Sales, and Ops without needing authority
• Experience building workflows, killing manual processes, and measuring the leverage
