We need someone to drive traffic and maximize ROI through paid search campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of SEM strategies and a passion for digital marketing. Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns across multiple search engines, including Google AdWords and Bing Ads
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for paid search campaigns to optimize reach and effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyze SEM campaigns’ performance, utilizing analytics tools to adjust strategies for better results
  • Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to ensure alignment of paid search initiatives with organic search strategies
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies
  • Optimize landing pages for search engine marketing campaigns
  • Keep up-to-date with PPC and SEM trends, tools, and practices
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, insights, and optimization recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEM/PPC campaign management
  • Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Bing Ads
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics and SEM reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google AdWords certification
  • Experience with SEM in the online publishing or content creation industry
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Skills in creating visually compelling reports
