The Role
Be the operational backbone for Demand Gen. You’ll keep our events, campaigns and data accurate, enriched and activation-ready—so sellers and marketers can move fast. You’ll also test messaging with AI, run A/B experiments, and translate complex ICPs into precise audiences and plays.
Responsibilities
Events Operations
- You will own the master events list/calendar (owned, partner, external): dates, owners, deadlines.
- You will build & QA forms, landing pages, UTMs and confirmation/reminder flows.
- You will post-event: clean/import scans, route leads, trigger follow-ups; keep tags and attribution tidy in HubSpot.
Campaign Operations
- You will set up and monitor always-on and burst campaigns (email, paid, LinkedIn).
- You will ensure correct audiences, exclusions, UTMs, frequency caps; keep campaigns live and on-brief.
- You will partner with the Director of Demand Gen to keep campaign pace, QA and reporting on track.
AI-Led Message Testing & Experimentation
- You will use LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate on-brand variants and run structured A/B or multivariate tests (subject lines, hooks, CTAs, offers).
- You will maintain a message library with winners, guardrails and learnings.
ICP Intelligence
- You will decode complex ICPs (segments, buying groups, triggers) and translate them into targetable fields and filters in HubSpot/Clay.
- You will build high-quality target and suppression lists by region/vertical/intent.
Data Quality & Enrichment
- You will clean, normalise and enrich account/contact data; manage Clay ↔ HubSpot flows.
- You will apply match rules, de-duplication, field standardisation and GDPR-friendly practices.
- You will keep taxonomy & governance tight (lifecycles, lead statuses, source names, UTMs).
Collaboration & Enablement
- You will work hand-in-glove with RevOps on routing rules, scoring and attribution.
- You will enable SDRs/AEs with sales-ready lists and clear do/don’t-contact guidance.
- You will document simple playbooks so the team can self-serve safely.
- You adhere to Zeotap’s company, privacy and information security policies and procedures.
- You complete all the awareness training assigned on time.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Demand Gen Ops / RevOps / GTM Ops (B2B or B2C growth environments).
- Strong HubSpot experience (objects, lists, workflows, imports, attribution basics).
- Hands-on with Clay for enrichment/matching; confident with data hygiene and de-dupe.
- Proven A/B testing across email/paid/LinkedIn and comfort using AI to ideate/refine messaging.
- Excellent spreadsheet skills (lookups, regex, pivots).
- Clear written communication and tidy documentation; high attention to detail.

- Make/n8n (or similar) for light automations; Clearbit/ZoomInfo; LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
