Your Responsibilities

• You manage our sales processes to ensure they are traceable, scalable, and systematically capture customer insights
• KPIs, forecasts, and dashboards are your tools – you set up reporting and verify we are on track. If not, you actively steer the course
• You keep our SugarCRM current, develop it further, and ensure clean processes in lead and customer management
• You ensure sales adheres to internal guidelines and SLAs through clear controls, feedback, and follow-ups
• You develop and expand dashboards in our internal data warehouse
• You analyze existing processes around lead management, opportunity stages, and quote processing and elevate them to a new level
• As a central interface, you bring together sales, marketing, finance, and product management – creating clarity in collaboration
• You keep commission models and incentives transparent and drive their further development
• You guide the rollout of new tools and processes, ensuring everyone participates through clear documentation and communication

Your Profile

• First experience in Sales Operations, Inbound Sales, and CRM management – ideally in B2B software
• Strong business acumen – you understand how sales processes contribute to company success
• Strong analytical skills and good numerical understanding – Excel/Calc is part of your toolkit
• Know-how in configuring and developing CRM systems – ideally SugarCRM
• Strong communication skills in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2) – you communicate openly, clearly, and at eye level with both sales teams and technical colleagues. You ensure expectations are clearly formulated and everyone knows what matters
• Structured and proactive working style – with an eye for detail and a sense of priorities
