Our products: software solutions for email encryption and signature, secure file transfers and market communication for energy companies. We have been on the market for over 20 years and employ over 120 employees from 30 nations.

Your Tasks

  • You steer our sales processes so that they are traceable, scalable and customer insights are systematically captured
  • KPIs, forecasts and dashboards are your tools – you set up reporting and check if we are on track. If not, you actively steer
  • You keep our SugarCRM current, develop it further and ensure clean processes in lead and customer management
  • You ensure that sales adheres to internal guidelines and SLAs – through clear controls, feedback and follow-ups
  • Our dashboards in the company’s own data warehouse are also created and grow under your direction
  • You analyze existing processes around lead management, opportunity stages and quote processing and take them to the next level
  • As a central interface, you bring together sales, marketing, finance and product management – and create clarity in their interaction
  • You keep commission models and incentives transparent and manage their further development
  • You accompany new tools and processes during rollout and ensure everyone participates – through clear documentation and communication

Your Profile

  • First experience in Sales Operations, Inbound Sales and CRM management – ideally in B2B software
  • Pronounced business thinking – you understand how sales processes contribute to company success
  • Strong analytical skills and good numerical understanding – Calc / Excel is part of your toolkit
  • Know-how in configuring and developing CRM systems – ideally SugarCRM
  • Strong communication skills in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2) – you can communicate openly, clearly and at eye level with both sales team and technical colleagues. You ensure that expectations are clearly formulated and everyone knows what matters
  • Structured and proactive work style – with an eye for detail and a feel for priorities
