Zip is seeking a dedicated GTM Strategy & Operations lead for the EMEA region to drive regional execution and strategic direction. The role requires a hands-on individual responsible for building a strong operating model, ensuring efficient performance, and acting as a liaison between sales and EMEA leadership. The position is hybrid, working from the London office 3 days a week.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, consulting, investing, or a similar high-performance environment.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills.
- Deep understanding of GTM motions, SaaS business models, funnel metrics, and productivity levers.
- Skilled in Salesforce and other GTM systems (Outreach, Clari, Gong, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail.
- High bias for action, low ego, and a relentless ownership mindset.
- Comfortable building from scratch and setting up frameworks that scale.
- Experience partnering with U.S.-based HQ teams while leading locally in-region.
