Digital Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will act as a key link between the client, marketing, and internal teams, taking information from customer calls and turning it into clear tasks and next steps.

The role will involve reviewing customer calls, translating project discussions into clear tasks, coordinating with team members, and following up on project progress.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM
• Experience building and managing GoHighLevel workflow automations
• Experience with email marketing, preferably using Mailchimp
• Experience with Airtable for task and project management
• Familiarity with GA4 (Google Analytics 4)
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace / Google Suite
• Experience using Claude and ChatGPT as productivity and work tools
• Experience coordinating or managing teams and working across multiple functions
