Digital Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will act as a key link between the client, marketing, and internal teams, focusing on project coordination, marketing execution, and workflow automation.

Key responsibilities include reviewing customer calls, translating project discussions into clear tasks, coordinating with team members, and managing workflows and automations within GoHighLevel.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and workflows
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM
• Experience building and managing GoHighLevel workflow automations
• Experience with email marketing, preferably using Mailchimp
• Experience with Airtable for task and project management
• Familiarity with GA4 (Google Analytics 4)
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace / Google Suite
• Experience using Claude and ChatGPT as productivity and work tools
• Experience coordinating or managing teams and working across multiple functions
• Strong ability to review information and deliverables from other team members and identify missing or incorrect details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Resourceful and proactive when solving problems or figuring out new processes and tools
