Zipline is seeking a Partner Success Manager to help activate new partners in Austin and work with the broader team to help partners build their business on the platform. The successful candidate will directly own the relationship with local restaurant and retail partners, launching new sites, building trusted relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partner success, customer success or field operations
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Pragmatic problem solving and driving initiatives
- Ability to build trust quickly and strong empathy for customers
- Organization and analysis with data to make decisions
- Confident presenting complex solutions
- Familiarity with business models and value drivers for delivery marketplaces, retailers, and restaurants
