Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partner success, customer success or field operations
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Pragmatic problem-solving and driving initiatives
- Ability to build trust quickly with customers
- Organization and analysis, using data to make decisions
- Confident presenting complex solutions
- Familiarity with delivery marketplaces, retailers, and restaurants
- Focus on continuous learning
