Zipline is seeking a Partner Success Manager to work with our restaurant and retail partners in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for launching new restaurant and retail sites with our drone delivery service, building trusted relationships with local management, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partner success, customer success or field operations
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Pragmatic problem solving and driving initiatives
