Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Analytics & Reporting

  • Support the commercial business with reporting, analytics, and sales performance management.
  • Collect and organize large amounts of information to create analysis and present to all levels of leadership in a clear, concise manner.
  • Develop and maintain reports and presentations to communicate key findings.
  • Evaluate current sales reports and identify ways to streamline/automate.
  • Establish cross-functional relationships with internal departments and gather business requirements to create insightful and impactful dashboards using Tableau.
  • Maintain forecasting tools and proactively report strategic recommendations (growth or risk areas)
  • Partner with Finance on Sales Incentive analytics (payout modeling, plan effectiveness, etc)
  • Act as key partner to Sales Operations in the buildout of Salesforce Dashboards & Reports for the Sales Field

Territory Alignment & Sales Planning

  • Manage annual territory alignment and sales planning processes.
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of territory alignment and sales plans are maintained in systems.

Data Warehouse Implementation

  • Act as lead in the development of the data warehouse project by performing data validation.
  • Manage migrating current Excel reports to Tableau.
  • Be a liaison between IT, Finance & Sales
  • Responsible for ensuring data integrity.

CRM Flows & Process

  • Work with IT & Sales teams to adjust, develop, and implement Salesforce upgrades/updates
  • Establish and document sales operations processes, metrics definitions, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Analyze Salesforce pipeline velocity and conversion rates

Brand Protection & Diversion

  • Monitor account ordering behavior and flag inconsistencies
  • Work with Legal & Sales teams on review, audit, and take appropriate action to protect the brand’s integrity

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Analytics, Finance, Sales Operations, or a comparable field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Skincare industry/Aesthetics experience is preferred.
  • Must have deep experience with CRM dashboards and Salesforce, spatial planning tools (e.g., Salesforce Maps, Maptive), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Exceptional project management, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain data integrity, consistency, and quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate highly proficient in written and verbal communication in English, as well as detail-oriented, possess excellent time management skills, and inter and intra-departmental communication ability.

Work Environment

The work environment is indoors in a professional office environment. The floor surfaces are carpeted in office areas and conference rooms with vinyl floor covering typical in hallways, break rooms, and computer rooms. Occasionally, may work in a warehouse environment, as part of a project, and/or in the field with outside sales.
