Marketing Coordinator

We’re Silicon Valley’s first and longest-lasting agency focused on brand positioning. Our clients gain leadership through data-driven positioning that builds and differentiates category leaders. Our clients are positioning leaders in their market, including Snowflake, Databricks, ThoughtSpot, FloQast and Infoblox.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is creative, curious, detail-oriented and self-motivated to drive our data-driven process for our client projects. We’re a small team relying on everyone’s initiative to pitch in to accomplish a variety of tasks. Oh, and our office is remote, so you must be proficient working independently, at home, in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What you’ll do:

  • Based on each client’s goals and research questions, work with the team to create surveys, questionnaires and discussion guides
  • Develop research participant screeners and coordinate with third-party recruiters to ensure qualified targets
  • Coordinate interview, focus group transcriptions and summaries, package with survey data reports for the team
  • Participate in research analysis, draft client presentations and contribute to findings and recommendations
  • Own special projects, such as finding and implementing new research methods or better ways to capture and share qualitative and quantitative data with the team

Who you are:

  • The proud holder of a BA or BS in marketing/communications/journalism/ business/sociology, or a related field
  • A marketer at heart with job or internship experience on market research or marketing projects
  • A conscientiousness, self-starter with off-the-charts attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A team player who can work collaboratively and independently, delivering high-quality work with little supervision (especially in a fast-paced, remote work environment)
  • Insatiably curious and likely read, research topics or write stories in your spare time, transferring these skills to your work; you love social media, follow trends and your fav brands
  • Have hands-on experience with MS Office 365, Google Suite, Zoom.us, Survey Monkey, Slack, LinkedIn and HubSpot
  • Live in the San Francisco Bay Area. The job is remote, but we want you near the team so you can join us for local internal and client meetings
