The Account Development Representative position at Zoomin is the “tip-of-the-spear.” The ideal candidate will be responsible for arguably one of the most important jobs at the company – generating interest from prospective customers by ensuring they are aware of Zoomin as a new way to solve a decades-old customer experience challenge. These prospective customers in turn become raving fan customers who promote Zoomin and start the cycle all over again.
What will you do?
- Personalized outreach to key target accounts via email, phone, LinkedIn
- Build, test and iterate on clever ways to communicate the Zoomin value proposition in order to convince a stranger that a meeting together will be worthwhile
- Set qualified meetings and achieve opportunity goals
- Develop corporate customer prospects through direct telephone selling, emails, and Linkedin
- Work in coordination with the sales team to identify potential customers, qualify and schedule product demonstrations
- Discuss with C-level, VP and Director-level contacts at the world’s leading software companies
- Role plays and practice
- Social-selling (LinkedIn network building and sharing ideas, Zoomin’s and others)
- Research and analysis
- CRM updates
- Document prospect interaction in Salesforce to ensure efficient account management
- Display self-discipline and focus to effectively manage an intense and high volume business; strong time management skills
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals and production levels as defined by management
- Provide direct communication with account partners to effectively manage pipeline opportunities
- Document prospect interaction in Salesforce to ensure efficient account management
- Hybrid work environment with expectations that the individual will be in the office minimum 3 days a week at our NYC office in Columbus Circle
What do you need?
- 1+ years of B2B SaaS sales development (SDR / ADR / BDR) experience within a goal-oriented role – ideally from an intense, fast-paced startup
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent higher education is required
- Clear and effective communications, verbal and written English
- Strong and fast research capabilities
- Software- and technology proficiency
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to meet and/or exceed quarterly quotas
- Blend of strategic thinking and tactical implementation
- Ability to work cross-functionally within a team-oriented environment
- Experience with sales tools such Salesforce, SalesLoft, and SalesNavigator, Zoominfo

Salary range – $50K- $60K base plus commission and equity
