Requirements

• Manage key projects that enhance the company’s logistics network
• Analyze network data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
• Monitor network performance, identify risks or inefficiencies, and implement solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive project success
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize last-mile delivery processes
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business development, project management, or consulting roles
• Sound understanding of e-commerce logistic processes in general, of e-commerce last mile in detail
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and the ability to maintain both a high-level perspective and attention to detail
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects with various senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive work approach
• Ability to deal with conflicting priorities and requirements and work flexibly within a small team
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, along with proficiency in standard MS Office applications
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level), both spoken and written
