Marketing Operations Manager

The Marketing Operations Manager position will be an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations & Technology. This position will work closely with a variety of cross-department stakeholders and interact with teams within our Technology organization.

Requirements

  • Manage promotion project intake, project and task routing, and ensure project deliverables are met on-time
  • Design, build, QA, and manage promotions using Talon.one
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ideate, build, and test new promotion capabilities as well as troubleshoot issues related to promotion logic and integrations
  • Build and maintain documentation and how-to guides for promotions, end-to-end marketing processes, and other marketing technology
  • Help analyze processes and timelines to find opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with end-to-end data flows and feed management, as well as ensure uptime and reliability of the data feeds that power our advertising platforms
