Zorro specializes in Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement ICHRA, a new way for companies to provide employee health benefits. Instead of offering a one-size-fits-all group plan, ICHRA allows employers to give each employee a stipend to purchase an individual health plan of their choice. By combining ICHRA with advanced data analytics, unparalleled product design, and deep benefits expertise, Zorro helps companies offer more flexible, affordable, user-friendly healthcare coverage.

Responsibilities

Zorro is looking for an experienced demand generation specialist to deploy strategies to target and grow top-of-the-funnel across core geographies and demographics. In this role, a candidate will dive into:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social, events) to drive qualified B2B leads and revenue growth.
  • Lead Qualification: Manage the lead qualification, prioritization, and nurture process of leads across their lifecycle, including website and email journeys.
  • Website Optimization: Oversee conversion rate optimization strategies, including funnel analysis, website optimization, and landing page testing, ultimately optimizing our website to maximize the acquisition of newcomers, increase engagement, and grow conversions.
  • Marketing Operations: Identify, implement, and maintain core Martech tools Hubspot).
  • Content Collaboration: Help inform creation of compelling content and ads, and build custom landing pages tailored to the B2B buyer’s journey.
  • ABM Integration: Collaborate with sales and marketing to implement Account-Based Marketing ABM) strategies, targeting key accounts with precision.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously run experiments on copy, creative, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in the performance marketing landscape.
  • Reporting & Insights: Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • List Management & Oversight: Grow database through the acquisition, clean-up, and management of industry contact information.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles; start-up experience preferred.
  • Results Oriented: Proven track record of driving scalable, sustainable growth strategy and increased pipeline.
  • Tenacity: Proactive and strategic problem solver who can operate well in a collaborative team environment and adapt effectively to changing business priorities/strategies while maintaining a strong bias to action.
  • Technological Savvy: Proficiency in social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative: Demonstrated experience working with creative teams to develop impactful content for B2B audiences.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and results effectively to stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelorʼs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
