Role Overview
Lead, coach, and control sales forces to achieve sales targets in line with company policies. Responsible for coaching and developing Area Sales Managers, analyzing sales and market competition, and reporting district performance.

Coach and develop Area Sales Managers, achieve sales targets, analyze sales and market competition, report district performance, and have good relationships with customers and distributors.
