At Zyte, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. You will work closely with internal functions to execute account retention and growth strategies for Zyte’s strategic accounts. Customer satisfaction, business retention, and portfolio growth are the key drivers of success for this position.
Requirements
- 3+ years in an Account Management role
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and/or exceed sales quotas in revenue retention and account expansion
- Strong deal closing and negotiation skills in Large Enterprise and Mid-market accounts
- High level of analytical and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience working in consultative selling within Professional Services and SaaS Products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercially savvy within a Tech Scaleup company, with a proven track-record of delivering/over-delivering against Sales quotas
- Demonstrated experience using sales analytics and funnel management techniques to drive productivity, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
